Companies House deadline reminders
Both statutory clocks — annual accounts and the confirmation statement — watched from the public register, with reminders that arrive while there is still time to act.
What you get
Reminders at 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline, then urgent ones at the end (you join wherever the clock stands — a company 20 days out starts at the 7-day mark, not at zero). Accounts and confirmation statement are tracked separately, because they are separate deadlines with separate consequences: the accounts carry automatic penalties from £150, the statement carries strike-off risk.
Check first, sign up second
The deadline checker shows any company's dates — with the penalty for missing each one — from just the company number or name. No account, no e-mail, nothing stored. Reminders need one thing: an address to send them to. Every e-mail carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Where the dates come from
The official Companies House API — the same public register anyone can search. We add the arithmetic (which band, how many days, what it costs to miss) and the discipline of telling you at the right moments. We are an independent tool, not connected to Companies House or HMRC, and the security page shows how to verify who we are.
Why it is free
No trick: we sell one thing, the dormant accounts filing, and a company that gets reminded in time is a company that might buy it. Watching costs us close to nothing, so it costs you exactly nothing — including for companies that will never need the paid part.
