Your deadlines do not move because our systems are having a bad day — and neither does a filing we have already submitted. If an outage overlaps your deadline, write to hello@promptfiling.co.uk and we will tell you exactly where your filing stands; every step of it is recorded in a chain you can verify yourself. Your company's official dates always live at Companies House, where nothing we do can affect them.
